Winchester deeds dominated by family trust transfers; only four of 20 September sales carry a price so far
Winchester recorded 20 property deeds from Sept. 4 to Oct. 3, but only four carried a sale price so far, ranging from $1,035,000 to $1,857,000 with a median of $1,544,500 among those four. The month's top recorded sale was 2 Olde Lyme Rd at $1,857,000, sold by John F. Nash Jr. and Jennifer Halpin to Ken and Fern Healy. The other 16 transfers paired a grantor and grantee with the same surname, mostly moves into family trusts, none of which has a recorded price yet. Eaton Street saw two separate transfers. With 16 of 20 entries still pending price data, the period's full market tone remains incomplete.
