Winchester home sales top $3.7 million as five deals clear $2 million mark
Winchester recorded 17 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with 13 carrying a sale price so far. Prices among those 13 ranged from $30,000 to $3,799,000, with a median of $1,715,000. The top sale was 29 Ginn Road at $3,799,000, sold by Cranston Street LLC to Mark Meyer and Lisa Hammond on Sept. 2. Five of the 13 priced sales closed above $2 million. Four transfers, including 21 Hollywood Road and 3 Fox Hunt Lane, involve matching grantor and grantee names and have not yet posted a price to the registry.
