Winchester Home Prices Push Past $2 Million In Late-July Sales Wave

Twenty Winchester properties were recorded with the South Middlesex Registry of Deeds between July 24 and Aug. 22, all dated in the final week of July. Fifteen of the 20 sales disclosed a price, ranging from $330,000 to $2.77 million, with a median of $1.17 million. The month's top sale was 4 Black Horse Terrace, which sold for $2.77 million on July 29. Seven of the 15 disclosed sales fell between $1 million and $2 million, and three topped $2 million. The five undisclosed-price transactions were all same-family transfers into trusts.
