Winchester Home Sales Range From $825,000 to $3.2 Million in August
Winchester recorded 19 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, with nine disclosing a sale price ranging from $825,000 to $3.2 million and a median of $1,825,000. The month's highest-priced sale was 12 Azalea Road at $3.2 million. Ten of the 19 transfers did not disclose a price, and nine of those were transfers within families or into trusts rather than sales to outside buyers, meaning the true level of arm's-length market activity was lower than the raw count suggests. Glenwood Avenue was the only street with more than one recorded transfer.
