The month's highest-priced sale was 12 Azalea Road at $3.2 million. Ten of the 19 transfers had no price recorded yet, and nine of those were transfers within families or into trusts rather than sales to outside buyers, meaning the true level of arm's-length market activity was lower than the raw count suggests. Glenwood Avenue was the only street with more than one recorded transfer.
