Winchester sees 16 recorded sales in four-week span topped by $3.23 million Everett Avenue deal
Sixteen Winchester property transfers were recorded between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12. Nine listed a sale price, ranging from $414,500 to $3,230,000, with a median of $1,500,000. The top transaction was 2 Everett Ave, which sold for $3,230,000 on Aug. 21 to Peter Daniel Hall and Catherine Louise Hall. Salem Street saw two sales in the period, the only street with more than one recorded transfer. Of the seven transfers without a disclosed price, six were transfers of a property into the same owner's trust rather than sales to a new buyer.
