WINCHESTER -- A $2,950,000 transaction on Cabot Street led Winchester's June deed filings, capping a period in which arm's-length sales clustered heavily at the top and bottom of the price range while intra-family trust transfers made up the majority of recorded activity.

Third was 2 Edgewater Pl., recorded at $2,575,000 on June 16. Liza Thibeault and Jacob Thibeault sold to Murat Demirkan and Leyla Demirkan.
