Committee approves 11 tax-relief applications; $1,400 per recipient
Winchester's Senior Citizen and Disabled Tax Committee unanimously approved $1,400 in real estate tax assistance for each of 11 approved applicants from the Special Taxation fund. Member Kathleen McGovern moved the distribution, seconded by member Richard Michienzi. The committee received a $10,000
