WINCHESTER — Zoning Board approves Chester Street garage addition in close vote. Vice Chair Mark Andersen and Alternate Member Harout Ghazarian voted in favor of the Site Plan Review for Peter Mitchell's attached garage and mudroom project at 18 Chester Street in the RG Zoning District, with Member David Feigenbaum objecting to the scale of the north facade. The board approved the project subject to the November 3, 2025 revised plans and Engineering Department standard conditions.
Feigenbaum noted that the facade length was inappropriate for the neighborhood, though the applicant clarified that the property's less-than-sixty-five-foot frontage required an attached structure per zoning bylaw.
