Winchester trust fund commissioners approve investment portfolio rebalancing amid shifting market conditions. The Board of Commissioners of Trust Funds, chaired by Patrick Campbell, approved selling Vanguard World Health Care ETF across all accounts and purchasing Alerian MLP ETF, yielding approximately 8 percent.
