Winchester Planning Board supports three town meeting articles

WINCHESTER — Planning Board backs town hall and cable funding for spring meeting. The Winchester Planning Board unanimously endorsed three articles for the spring town meeting: Article 10, providing funding for PEG Access and Cable Related Fund (WinCam); Article 22, authorizing roof repairs for town hall and library; and Article 23, supporting town hall design and development for staff health and safety. Chair Jack LeMenager and Member Keri Layton expressed strong support for WinCam.
The board also unanimously opined that Article 44, a zoning bylaw amendment, should be ruled out of order, with Member Brian Vernaglia moving the measure.
