Winchester committee recommends CliftonLarsonAllen for three-year audit contract

Winchester Audit Committee unanimously recommends CliftonLarsonAllen for a three-year audit contract renewal. The committee voted 4-0 to back the firm for FY26 through FY28, with pricing of $85,000, $87,500, and $90,000 respectively. Comptroller Stacie Ward, committee chair, noted the firm's familiarity with the town and effective service as reasons for renewal, with the FY28 rate matching the FY25 cost.
The committee had lacked a quorum in December to take the vote.
