Vinson-Owen School Council elects Coll co-chair, adds more meetings

WINCHESTER — Vinson-Owen Elementary School Council votes to increase meeting frequency and elect new co-chair. At its February 4 meeting, the council unanimously approved prior minutes and elected parent Tina Coll as co-chair, with fellow parent Alexis Darcy withdrawing after nomination. Council members agreed to add two additional meetings to expand beyond the currently scheduled June gathering, and Principal Kathleen Caron will explore forming a technology working group to address parent concerns about screen use in the classroom.
