PERMANENT STREET TREE COMMITTEE - TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE · Meeting of January 16, 2026

Winchester tree committee unanimously elects sustainability director as secretary, approves prior meeting minutes. Chair Austin Whitman reported the Select Board endorsed a $220,000 tree budget he proposed, contingent on a three-year phase-in and passage of an upcoming override vote.
