Tree committee approves five-year goals and action plan draft.

Winchester's Permanent Street Tree Committee approved prior meeting minutes and reviewed a draft five-year strategic plan at a March 20 remote meeting. Tracy Olson, working with subcommittee members Susan Fagerstrom, Ken Pruitt (Sustainability Director), and Philip Tegmark, presented a goals document and action plan that the full committee refined during the session. Members were asked to submit suggested edits to Olson by March 26; a revised draft will be discussed at the April 17 meeting.
