WINCHESTER — Committee's tree canopy project approved; now seeks Town Meeting CPA funding. The Permanent Street Tree Committee discussed progress on its public park tree canopy improvement project after the Winchester Community Collaborative Partners approved all applications. Austin Whitman, Chair, plans to submit an article to the Town Meeting Members Association newsletter to generate support, and the committee agreed to identify a vendor and prepare cost estimates.
