Winchester Select Board approved the town's in-person early voting schedule for the November 3 state general election. Chair Anthea Brady and board members voted unanimously (4-0) to adopt the voting schedule under Massachusetts General Law.

Winchester Select Board approved the town's in-person early voting schedule for the November 3 state general election. Chair Anthea Brady and board members voted unanimously (4-0) to adopt the voting schedule under Massachusetts General Law. The board also unanimously approved four donations totaling $14,520 supporting police, fire, and childcare programs and waived the customary 15-day appointment waiting period for Derek Meaney, allowing him to begin immediately as DPW Water/Sewer Foreman.
Members additionally appointed Chris Noble to the Energy Management Committee and Marlene Durand to the Wildwood Cemetery Advisory Committee, and voiced support for an updated WinPower municipal aggregation program plan entering 30-day public review.
