Winchester Retirement Board approves new assistant administrator hire at annual salary of $80,000. Retirement Administrator Alice Munafo selected one of three candidates for the position, which includes a six-month performance review period and benefits aligned with Munafo's contract. The board unanimously approved a retiree payroll of $976,775.77 for March 24, expenses and transfers totaling $70,523.31, and a three percent cost-of-living adjustment on the $16,000 COLA base.
Board member John Parsons received approval to attend the MACRS conference in Springfield, May 31 through June 3, with expenses covered.
