Winchester Retirement Board approves cyber insurance and appoints assistant administrator. The board voted unanimously to accept a $3,312 annual cyber liability insurance quote providing $2 million in coverage with a $2,500 retention, protecting against business interruption, cybercrime, data restoration, incident response, and privacy liability. Simultaneously, the board formally appointed Justine Donovan as Assistant Retirement Administrator.

The board also reviewed financial performance showing the Winchester Retirement System's market value at $207.2 million with a one-year return of 12.59 percent aligned with PRIT General Allocation results.
