WINCHESTER — Retirement Board approves accidental disability, schedules COLA vote. The four-member board, meeting remotely with Chair Robert Frary absent, unanimously approved accidental disability status for Gregory Quill in executive session. The board approved retiree payroll for February 27 totaling $982,567.04 and expenses and transfers of $695,713.71, including $493,482.79 to MTRS.
Retirement Administrator Alice Munafo is advancing the search for an Assistant Administrator position, with five candidates to be interviewed before the March meeting. The board will vote on a cost-of-living adjustment for retirees at its March 24 meeting.
