WINCHESTER — Planning Board orders peer review of contested Main Street project. The Winchester Planning Board unanimously approved three waivers for applicant Anthony Marino's mixed-use project at 910 Main Street: the phasing plan, conservation plan, and historic preservation plan. Residents Emily Claire and Steve Brickman, among others, voiced concerns about inadequate parking, insufficient setbacks, and design non-compliance.
The board voted unanimously to hire a Section 53G peer design review consultant.
