WINCHESTER — Planning Board approves Rocky Ledge Terrace as minor modification, clearing path to reduce project to two lots. The board voted 4-0 to determine that proposed changes to the Rocky Ledge Terrace subdivision constitute minor modifications, allowing the applicant to move forward with reducing the project from three to two lots and redesigning the roadway from a cul-de-sac to hammerhead format. Steele DeVito, representing Rocky Ledge Terrace LLC, appeared with engineer Carleton Quinn from Allen & Major to present the modification.
The redesign will result in additional green space and pervious area, with the private roadway to be maintained by neighbors and approved by the Winchester Fire Department.
