Housing Partnership Board endorses Steve Cagnetta for preservation panel role.

HOUSING PARTNERSHIP BOARD - TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE · Meeting of April 15, 2026

WINCHESTER — Housing Partnership Board endorses Steve Cagnetta for preservation post. The board unanimously backed Cagnetta, an Affordable Housing Trust member and 20-year Winchester resident, for Select Board appointment to the Winchester Committee on Community Preservation, filling a vacancy left by Michelle Bergstrom's departure from the School Committee. The board also voted unanimously to support Article 4, establishing a Human Rights Commission with explicit housing protections.

On the 160 Forest Street affordable housing project, the Affordable Housing Trust will move forward with developer proposals favoring direct purchase and rehabilitation over a public bid process, with support from Habitat for Humanity.
