FINANCE COMMITTEE · Meeting of July 23, 2026
Finance Committee establishes one-week review threshold for large fund transfers. John Snow moved to require requests for transfers of $75,000 or more to be reviewed by the committee for at least one week before voting, responding to feedback that an insufficient $268,000 transfer request had been rushed through at the previous meeting. Vice Chair Gerard Sheehan seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
The committee also approved a $413 annual dues payment to the Association of Massachusetts Financial Officers and welcomed three newly-appointed members: Ryan Assarian, David Rogers, and Jon Southard.
