WINCHESTER — Disability Access Commission approves prior minutes, tackles downtown access. Chair Lisa Matrundola led unanimous approval of November 20, 2025 minutes and coordinated response to ongoing sidewalk and cobblestone accessibility concerns, tasking members with organizing photographic documentation, contacting Director of Public Works Robert Labossiere, and potentially meeting with Town Manager Christopher Senior. Town Planner Taylor Herman presented a development proposal for 10 Converse Street and 33 Mount Vernon Street; the commission expressed significant concerns about ADA-accessible units, parking, drop-off access, and traffic impacts.
Michael Towne, ADA Coordinator, announced that commission member Aria Bower has begun full-time employment with the Town of Winchester at the Assessor's office.
