WINCHESTER — Design Review Committee elects Adrian LeBuffe chair and defers decisions on two projects. The committee provided extensive feedback on a Ridge Street reconstruction project, recommending revised portico design, jerkinhead gables, window modifications, and landscaping changes; the applicant agreed to submit revisions for re-review. A second application at Grove Place was found to have inadequately addressed prior committee concerns about vinyl fencing, stair functionality, and landscaping specifications, with members requesting further detail before approval.
