WINCHESTER — Design Review Committee unanimously approves two residential special permits with conditions. For 119 Ridge Street, applicant Nazar Vincent, represented by James Patanaude, must revise window muntins to true or simulated divided light with exterior and interior muntins; lower and flatten the entryway arch roof to align with the bellyband; narrow columns above railing height; lower bay window height to align with the bellyband; soften black window frames with lighter casing; and explore alternative color palettes. For 28 Fletcher Street, applicant Lauren Giudice, represented by Charles Mulik, must retain and repair the existing chimney, match window and door trim and sills to original, reconsider retaining the china cabinet and arched original opening, and enter the new family room through the original arch.
