WINCHESTER — Conservation Commission investigates potential wetlands violation at 47 Everett Ave. Homeowner Tod Gulick presented evidence that an unauthorized stone retaining wall and fill at 45 Everett Ave are encroaching on his property and threatening his sewer easement. Attorney Rich Mucci, representing the owner at 45 Everett Ave, said the owner will file a Notice of Intent to remove the wall and fill and reduce its height to three feet.
Commission Chair Tracy Olson said the Commission will examine impacts to flood storage, drainage, and the sewer easement, and whether the work triggers stormwater review. A site visit is scheduled; the matter continued.
