WINCHESTER — Conservation Commission approves parallel permits and RFP timelines for Wedge Pond. Chair Tracy Olson and members voted unanimously to pursue aeration project permits and Request for Proposals documents simultaneously, with Member William Band reporting secured access to $150,000 in state budget funding from State Representative Michael Day. The Commission approved $299 for Administrator Elaine Vreeland's University of Massachusetts Pollinator Steward Program course.

A revised Davidson Park river restoration plan incorporating rock weirs and nature-based techniques was presented for Select Board review, anticipated to use $485,000 of a $500,000 Natural Resource Damage grant.
