Committee on Government Regulations establishes April review schedule

Winchester Government Regulations Committee sets a five-week review timeline for bylaws articles. The Committee on Government Regulations, with Stephen Boksanski presiding, scheduled feedback sessions for April 7 and April 14, with voting on recommendations April 15-16 and final report due April 20. Members were assigned to specific articles: Megan Blackwell assisting with Article 13 fines, Meredith Crowley and Don Bradford leading Article 17, and Ms.
