Commissioners of Trust Funds rebalance portfolios amid geopolitical market corrections

WINCHESTER — Commissioners of Trust Funds rebalance four trust accounts in response to geopolitical market turmoil. Chair Patrick Campbell reported year-to-date performance had fallen to near zero percent from an all-time high, prompting a shift from international equities to investment-grade US bonds across the Main Account, OPEB Retiree Health Care Trust, Library Endowment, and Library Trust Funds. Combined fund values total approximately $22.2 million.
