Winchester Board of Health approves prior meeting minutes in routine session. Health Director Jennifer Murphy reported on rodent activity, public nuisances on Dix and Myrtle streets, and a First House Pub fine reduction during the January 13 meeting. The board unanimously approved minutes from its October 27 and December 15, 2025 meetings and heard updates on vaccine promotion efforts, regulatory matters, and upcoming health initiatives including a January 29 emergency preparedness presentation at the Library and March 10 CPR and Narcan training, which is full with a waitlist.
