Board of Appeals Approves Fletcher Street Addition
BOARD OF APPEALS - TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE · Meeting of February 12, 2026
Winchester Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved a Special Permit for a 192-square-foot rear addition to 28 Fletcher Street, the board's primary action at its February 12 meeting. The nonconforming home in the RDB Zoning District required a setback waiver; the proposed 11.5-foot setback falls short of the required 15 feet. The Design Review Committee voted favorably and urged preservation of an original interior arch; applicant Lauren Giudice expressed interest in the modification.
Two other applications were continued to March 19: Site Plan Review for retaining walls at 35 Grove Place and a demolition and reconstruction at 119 Ridge Street.
