BOARD OF APPEALS - TOWN CLERK'S OFFICE · Meeting of April 16, 2026
WINCHESTER — Zoning Board approves Winchester Country Club cart-barn expansion with fencing, lighting controls. The Winchester Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved a modification to the Winchester Country Club's 1982 Special Permit to construct a 1,400-square-foot addition to the existing cart barn for use as a caddy shack, with Vice Chair Mark Andersen, David Feigenbaum, and alternate Lauren Jonak voting yes (Chair Dorothy Simboli recused herself). Approval was conditioned on 6-foot fencing and exterior lighting limited to safety requirements as determined by the Building Commissioner.
The board also continued two other petitions to May 14 for further review: a residential addition at 17 Mason Street and a commercial expansion at 540-542 Washington Street.
