Board approves three zoning petitions with environmental conditions

Winchester Board of Appeals approves three residential petitions. The Board unanimously approved Site Plan Approval for 35 Grove Place and 25 Manchester Road and Site Plan Review and a Special Permit for 119 Ridge Street, with conditions including Engineering Department standards and Conservation Commission requirements for native species. The Board also unanimously approved two Special Permits for 233 High Street authorizing demolition and reconstruction of a nonconforming structure that exceeds the lot's minimum lot-width requirement.
One petition for 540-542 Washington Street was continued to April 16.
