WINCHESTER — Affordable Housing Trust approves $50,000 HVAC upgrade at 160 Forest Street with no cost to the Trust. Chair Marty Jones oversaw unanimous approval of a contract with Weathervane, a Mass Save contractor, to install two HVAC units, upgrade electrical service from 100 to 200 amps, and install a new water heater. Steve Cagnetta was unanimously designated project manager.

The board also received notice that litigation over 33 Mount Vernon Street was dismissed May 29, clearing the path for the developer to meet with the Planning Board to discuss revised plans before moving from the MOU to a formal contract.
